Terms and Conditions for Golden Page Digital Agency and Web Design and Development.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Golden Page Digital Agency and Web Design and Development (the “Agency”). By using the services provided by the Agency, the client (the “Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Responsibility for Content:
The Client is solely responsible for the content displayed on their website and any damages that may result from the display of that content. The Agency is not responsible for any damages caused by the Client’s content or the Client’s use of the website.
The Agency provides hosting services for the Client’s website. The Agency is not responsible for any data loss or damage to the website that may result from issues with the hosting provider.
The Agency is not responsible for any cyber attacks or hacks on the Client’s website. The Agency may offer to fix any such attacks or hacks, and additional fees may apply.
Digital Marketing Results:
We provides digital marketing services to the Client. The Agency is not responsible for any negative results that may occur as a result of the digital marketing services provided. The Agency will do its best to deliver the best results possible for the Client.
The Agency accepts payments from a variety of methods, including Visa, Master Card, Western Union, bank transfers, and cash for payments under $7,000. The Client may also deposit up to $20,000 as credit into their account from their portal in order to use for various Golden Page products and services.If the Client requires more, a KYC approval may be necessary to add up to $1 million dollars.
The Client is responsible for paying all invoices and fees in a timely manner. If the Client does not pay their bills or invoices, the Agency may give a grace period of 10 days after notice, after which the Agency may suspend services until payment has been made. The Agency reserves the right to take legal action in the event that the Client does not pay their bills or invoices, and the Client will be responsible for all legal and attorney fees.
All digital products provided by the Agency are non-refundable. Any down payments made by the Client are also non-refundable.
The Agency’s support hours are from 8 PM to 5 PM GMT +2, Monday through Friday. The Agency offers critical support 24/7.
These Terms will follow the laws of the Agency’s jurisdiction for proper interpretation and application.
Changes to Terms:
The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice to the Client. The Client’s continued use of the Agency’s services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
